Orbit ("the app", "we", "us") is an independently developed game. This page explains what information the app handles and why. Orbit does not require you to create an account, and we do not collect your name, email address or any other contact details.
Your coins, owned ships, collected pilots, best score, settings and other progress are stored locally on your device only, using standard on-device storage. We do not operate a server that receives or stores this information, and it is not linked to you personally. Uninstalling the app deletes this data.
Orbit shows ads through Google AdMob to keep the app free. To serve and measure ads, AdMob and its advertising partners may collect device and advertising identifiers, approximate location, and app usage data. On iOS, if the app requests App Tracking Transparency permission and you allow it, this data may be used to show ads personalized to you across other apps and websites; if you decline, or where the permission isn't requested, you'll see non-personalized ads instead.
You can review or reset your advertising identifier, and control tracking permissions generally, under Settings › Privacy & Security › Tracking on your device. See Google's Privacy Policy for how Google handles this data, and AdMob's data disclosure for more detail.
If you sign in to Game Center to submit a score or view a leaderboard, that's handled entirely by Apple under its own privacy policy — we only ever send your score and never receive your Game Center identity in return.
Orbit is not directed at children under 13 and is not listed in the Kids category. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
If this policy changes, we'll update the date at the top of this page. Continued use of the app after a change means you accept the updated policy.
